Rabbi Wolpo on Israel's Leaders

Rabbi Sholom Dov Wolpo recently made comments about Ehud Olmert that resulted in a media smear campaign against Rabbi Wolpo. What did he REALLY say? In this short video Rabbi Wolpo explains his statements and points out the danger that Olmert's plans pose for the Jewish People.

'Everyone' knows an extremist is someone you do not have to listen to. By labeling Rabbi Sholom Dovber Wolpo an extremist, those who wish to destroy Jewish life in the Biblical homeland are hoping the public will not listen to his message. In January 2008, Rabbi Wolpo announced that Prime Minister Olmert should be hung! Voices screamed in opposition to the politically incorrect statement. No one dared say Rabbi Wolpo was actually wrong. His logic is simple. His facts are correct. According to the laws of the land, aiding terrorists is an act of treason. Treason carries the death sentence.

Rabbi Wolpo has one agenda. He wants to prevent another Holocaust. There are now approximately six million Jews living in Eretz Yisroel. If the government carries through with its plans, all six million lives will be in grave danger.

Come face to face with Rabbi Wolpo in this video and decide for yourself is his message is valid. In contrast to other prominent personalities, Rabbi Wolpo is an extremist. He is extremely sincere, moral and correct.

Rabbi Wolpo is not interested in bringing Olmert to the gallows. He is interested in seeing the government save Olmert's life by refusing to give funds, weapons and land to the enemies who want to destroy Jewish life. By declaring that Olmert deserves the death penalty Rabbi Wolpo is illustrating how bad the situation has become. Like the boy in the fable who announced that the King had no clothes. That boy was not politically correct. But he was correct.

Rabbi Wolpo has many innovative projects that strengthen the campaign to save Jewish lives in Eretz Yisroel. Donations can be made to his organization through his website SOS-Israel.com

hopeful jew
kol hakavod to the rabbi for speaking the truth,
MOSHIACH NOW!!

2. Why does it always have to be a moshiachist?
MM
Why does it take a chosid who still believes that the Rebbe is Moshiach to speak out about Shleimus HoAretz. This subject has become synonymous with Pikuach Nefesh. How can any Rov today avert his eyes and be silent about this critical matter that puts the lives of millions in the balance. Are Rabbonim who are not publicly proclaiming Moshiach any less than the Moshiachist ones. Why is everyone so silent. Don't they see it matters? The Rebbe begged Rabbonim to speak up and lead the way out of this terrible golus mentality. Cry out; Not one inch! Every inch of land that the Jewish people hold on to in Eretz Yisroel is a necessary buffer to keep the murderous terrorists at bay. The Rebbe said that speaking to terrorists alone is horrible and invites more terror.

And now chabad rabbonim look away when HUGE GIVEAWAYS are on THE way!?!? Jewish towns, farms, businesses, holy places, literally all the territory which is elevated over Jewish cities down below, is on the verge of being given into the hands of the terrorists. Even Yerushalayim will be divided.

Why must you be a Yechi'nik to have the courage to speak out?

Maybe there is too much to lose? Any rov who is silent on this issue, (kal vachomer, a rov who is silencing others), should have no credibility at this point.

This is too much to take!!!

To #2 MM,

Sadly almost all the Anti Lubavitchers don't say a word about what's going on in Israel, only the Mishachistim are saying what's happening & demanding it to stop, ALL Lubavitchers Anti's & Mishachistim should all fight to save Eretz Yisrael from all bad plans that Olmert want's to do.

8. Thank You
Chossid
It’s the first time in years, I have seen a person in any somewhat leadership position, take some type of stand and speak out on of horrendous ongoing subject.

The silence of the so called "Head Sheluchim" in Israel over the past fifteen years is deafening, and I suspect they are afraid of their pocket more than anything else, which is shocking, scary and unforgivable, unfortunately as in other comments mentioned above, its the same people who afraid of voicing the truth about what the rebbe said about moshiach (also due to their pockets) are afraid to say what the rebbe said about Israel too.

Everyone knows how loud the rebbe would have been screaming over the past fifteen years of events in Israel, and when the rebbe screamed, we woke up sometimes, and took to the streets with the rebbes messages, and were many times successful. But now, the silence is shocking, its almost as if the so called "Heads of Lubavitch" today, were really uncomfortable with the rebbes tuff positions he took all along, on Israel, Moshiach, Giur Kehalocho, and others... and now after Gimel Tamuz they were finally able to put a lid on the rebbe, in the literal sense of the word as much as the spiritual sense too.

Unfortunately I being someone who was always running to rallies in Manhattan and Washington, to support the effort against giving back shtochim, have recently begun to ask myself why is it always us in the US speaking out and demonstrating, how come we don’t see the people in Israel taking much action, after all, they are on the battlefield, its not that I don’t want to help, but I feel screaming from here in the US is wasted words falling on deaf ears.

In my opinion what should be done here, and really should have happened a long time ago is, taking to the streets with an organized force, and march through the streets with 150,000 people and go straight through the doors of the Knesset, and kick all the assistant murderers out of there, and lock the doors, until they come up with a new group of yidden that actually care for the lives of the yidden there, and will follow what the torahs approach is on all the subjects pertaining to giving back land and the likes. And if that route does not work, then I am afraid to say, that what might have to be done here, is to copy what the Paris youth do when they feel that they are being prejudiced, let alone led to the slaughter chambers, Chas Vesholom as in our case. Can you just imagine what the Paris youth would do if suicide bombers showed up on their doorsteps!

Maybe a massive class action lawsuit, should be brought by the people of Israel, against the so called Israeli government, and a massive investigation should be triggered into why some of these horrific acts are going unanswered by the Israeli government, who knows, maybe we will find a “Cofy Anan” job at the highest level, maybe the individuals in the government are lining their Swiss accounts, with money that they are siphoning off, from the donations they are receiving from the US government, and that is why they are turning a blind eye to the fact that their own brothers and sisters are being blown up right left and center on their way to shul and mivtzoim, while they sit in their Jacuzzis and keep an eye on their Swiss accounts.

Shame on you Government! Shame on you Government!

As for Rabbi Volpa, my heart goes out for you, and thank you for being the rebbes voice while he can not speak, and Hashem surely will ultimately protect us all despite the Israeli Government and despite the "Head Shluchim", and others who sit in silence, its to bad I don’t have the money, because I would love to sponsor the armament of all yidden in Israel so they can take care of business if push comes to shove Chas Vesholom, and I would also sponsor the class action lawsuit in Israel and pay for adds on Israeli TV and bill boards to wake the people up from the deep sleep that they are in.

Hatzloch Rabboh Rabbi Volpa.

9. My visit today in Sderot, the war zone
Chana Tova Sokol
Today I visited Sderot again. Yes, it is war, yes, Rabbi Wolpo is correct. I met the Zakezak family this afternoon. We met outside, their house. Two weeks ago it was hit by a qassam rocket.
It was a two story house. The second story is blown out and the first story has the ceiling of holes and hangs. During the bombing some family members were home and are alive with aftershock. Mrs. Zakezak,Safta Sima, sat with us. Her home furnishings are on the front lawn, wood diningroom chairs, books, etc.,things that were damaged, she worries, will be totally destroyed by the rain. I wish I had a moving van to put the things in storage. And shouldn't public services help this family with my idea of protecting things in storage? Why are things out for two weeks?
Also her family needs clothing. Safta Sima said that everything was destroyed. She told me her son, who is overweight, can only find clothing at big men's shops and that is extra expensive. Second hand shops do not have this size. I have a large son, so this I know. I realize that it is more than two weeks and I was told by their friend that they do not have money, but are too proud to beg. Can I collect money for them to buy clothing and their friend will find the kind way to give it to them?
Yes, Rabbi Wolpo is 100 per cent correct. The night before I visited Sderot I was afraid for my life to visit, knowing the siren could blow at any time and I would have only 15 seconds for shelter before the qassam rocket lands. My rav, Rabbi Geldzhaler, when I asked if I could visit Sderot, told me to go and encourage the people. I asked, because to go to a war zone is a dangerous thing, so I must ask my rabbi. And Israel has Arabs in Gaza making war by sending these qassam rockets to the western Negev area for 7 1/2 years.
I have many easy volunteer projects you can do to help Sderot residents,as well as Gush Katif evacuees,so reach me to help: volunteer Chana Tova Sokol, blessings to you. chanatovasokol2000@yahoo.com reach me to help our fellow Jews.

Simon Motola
Shame on Sharon whom I served under as a soldier I would never beleive and still can't that he had Jews evict Jews from their home anybody think that Sharon just got sick???
When will Olmert's turn come he needs to be hung, he is the enemy of all jews around the world not only in Israel, he is a danger to democracy in the middle east. We need another Amir

12. rav wolpo
j.yaffe
after hearing Rav Wolpo, I have nothing but profound respect. He is logical, and lucid, I wish he could be in charge here in Israel. Why are only Chabad, and then, not all of Lubavitch ,the only ones to be in this struggle. Maybe they, unlike other haredim, are out of touch with reallity. And the :chilonim: The message, urgently needs conveying to them too.

13. He's RIGHT!
YMG
He is right and his voice should be heard and carried throughout the entire world. He speaks the truth and the truth is what people want to know. And is the truth that will help us all!

14. Please be quiet about moshichistim and live up to the Torah!
YMG
Never mind quabbling about moshichist or not. Besides what anyway is a moshichist? The rules of the Torah are what the duty is. Please stop biting people about the whole idea. It is clouding the truth. Did you see Rabbi Volpo ignoring his speech in order to say YECHI. NO. Why not? because he has a message that needs to be heard. Saying YECHI is not going to kill any terrorist or sway any drunk on money politicians.
